A workshop on Juvenile Justice: reforms vs punishment, was organized by Nawal Foundation in association with School of Legal Studies, Babu Banarsi Das University, Lucknow. We are thankful to Dr. Anshumali Sharma, Chairman, Child Welfare Committee, for discussing the latest trends and amendments in the Juvenile Justice Act, and we are also grateful to Dr. Rohit P. Shabran, HOD, School of Legal Studies, BBD, for his encouragement and support.
